 During a free moment in the evening, Jennifer and I venture up the street from the venue to get some good strong Portland-esque coffee, as the brown stuff in catering is lacking in every way possible. We find a particularly funky and picturesque street to walk down, which is brimming with all kinds of people hanging out at sidewallk cafˇs. This street is so cute and so appealing, it gives me a new appreciation for this city, and even causes Jennifer to announce she wants to move here. Portland, who knew?
