i am interested in erasing lines - lines that separate people. i try to do that by wRiting music that crosses over many styles, experimenting w/ different aRt mediums that Reach different groups (e.g. graffiti reached people in the street, CD art reaches music consumers), and treating people fairly while trying to erase my own misconceptions - LINES IN THE MIND - or preconceptions of any situation.

i am in a perpetual state of study - i learn from observing carefully: i study weather, the cycles of the Moon and seasons, relationships between people, chess and its reflection on human behaviour, languages (french, music, spanish, english and love), yoga, dance and body awareness. as a result of constant study of daily life, i am ABSOLUTELY obsessed w/ WRiting songs, prose, Rhymes and designs.

Musically, hip-hop and rhyme and ambient music draws me in the most. but old-school heavy blues is in there as well - black sabbath, kyuss, pj harvey, De La soul, dReam waRRioRS, URban species, ORb, stevie wondeR and elvis costello come to mind as inspirational.

i like to be alone, to be in my OWN ROOM, to be in a lake, to be able to work on wRiting, to be able to stretch the mind and the body so that when i perform, i can be stRong enough to CONNECt W/ the audience.
