- Provides safe shelter for approximately 700 women and their children each year.

- Serves more than 40,000 meals each year.

- Serves women who are involved in emotionally, physically and/or sexually abusive relationships.

- Offers casework and advocacy to shelter clients.

- Provides individual, group and family counseling.

- Provides professional therapeutic children's programs.

- Offers assistance to former clients after they leave the shelter.

- Provides referrals for medical and legal help as well as information about staying safe.

- Provides women with referrals for child care, transportation, housing and jobs.

- Provides counselling referral for the abuser.
