IT'S DRESS REHEARSAL DAY posted Wednesday, July 2, 1997 - updated July 3 & 4 Vancouver, BC Months of preperation wound down today with Sarah's final rehearsal before heading down to George, WA for Saturday's Lilith kick off. In attendance for today's rehearsal, attempting to pretend they are a crowd of 20,000, were the Nettwerk Records staff, industry folks from radio stations, record companies, and the tour promoters, as well as friends of Sarah, the band, and the crew. Everyone left blown away by the emotion that Sarah poured into her songs, both new and old. Highlights included the new single, "Building a Mystery" and a reworked version of "Hold On". With only three days until the first show, everyone associated with the tour is excited and very focused on what needs to be done. Hanna Vorlicek, Lilith's Production Assistant, said "Yesterday, I said I wished that I had a twin. Today I wish I were triplets." |
