 Sunday, July 19, 1998 Columbia, Maryland It was a slow, sleepy day due to the previous night's activities. Mostly the same artists except the Village stage opener and local act Love Riot. They're from Baltimore and have participated in one episode of "Homicide," "The Sunday." Lisa and I interviewed them which turned out to be a really neat experience. They were really great people and fun to talk to. I think I talked to them longer than any other person/band so far. They were just totally into chatting and having a great time. Then, the tables turned--they wanted to interview us! So I, of course, said yes. They proceeded to ask us questions about our jobs as interviewers and at Lilith. This, in turn led to a whole other dialogue which was very enjoyable. Finally, we had to move onto other tasks but they gave us each a CD of their recent release--how nice of them! |
