 Thursday, August 6, 1998 Cleveland, Ohio Another gorgeous venue. Tons of trees and greenery, lots of pathways leading to little landscaped havens. I was particularly excited when I realized Luscious Jackson was joining us today. I'm a big fan of their music. I have to say I was a little afraid that their live performance wouldn't live up to the cd's. However, they were not disappointing and, in fact surprisingly good and fun to watch. Lots of energy and even some cute dance moves were incorporated into the set. But the really exciting thing that happened to me was today was being interviewed by Much Music, the Canadian equivalent to MTV. They filmed me processing my digital photographs, all the while asking me questions about what I do for Nettmedia/Lilith Fair web site. They then followed me up the huge hill to where the village stage was located. They wanted to film me filming an artist. Then they were gone. I guess that was my fifteen minutes. |
