Monday, June 22, 1998 Medford, Oregon Day 4 of 84: 891 miles travelled, a day off in Medford, OR A bunch of us started a game of roller-hockey in the lot. Anytime anyone falls you can bet that either Terry (McBride) or Jeff (Marshall) are forechecking them. Terry also scores a lot of goals. Al Robb was our official fan. THE TEAMS Sean (hat-trick - he just informed me) Ashby, Brian Minato, Terry McBride, Gavin Bakewell, Terry (Messier) Mueller VS. Jeff Marshall, Dan Fraser, Andrew Copping, Julia Dimitrio, Dave Retson, Dean Warren, Dave (enforcer) Pallett and myself. They won. We need a ref. I'll film one of our games so you'll see what I mean. We asked Camille Henderson (backing vocals to Sarah) to put her good voice to use .... calling out the penalties ....(!!!) She agreed. She says she needs to learn the game, but we said if anyone falls, just call a tripping on whoever is the closest to them. That'll work fine, I'm sure. [ back ]
