Actress/Singer Selena Gomez has been forced to cancel three concert dates scheduled over the next week due to strained vocal chords. Gomez will miss shows in Harrington, Delaware at the Delaware State Fair and two Lilith Fair Tour dates in Holmdel, NJ and Hartford, CT.

The Columbus, Ohio performance is being rescheduled for November 6, 2010 at the Celeste Center at The Ohio State Fairgrounds. Tickets for the Ohio State Fair show will be honored on the new show date of November 6th and all tickets may still be used for entry to the Ohio State Fair.

Gomez says: “I am extremely disappointed to cancel these shows. My fans mean the world to me and I was so excited to perform for them. I was looking forward to the Lilith Fair concerts. The festival is a celebration and empowerment of women which is something I truly believe in and was honored that I was going to share the stage with such talented, strong women. I hope to be a part of this amazing festival in the future.”
