David Mead is a singer, songwriter, composer, performer, multi-instrumentalist recently signed to RCA Records. He's a craftsman who's songs have the urgency reminiscent of an early Elvis Costello and the Broadway bounce of Bertoldt Brecht. After a few years of playing in a variety of bands, David set down in Nashville and began to work with producer Peter Collins on his debut release. The outcome is The Luxury of Time, which will be released in September. David's songs, and his unmistakable voice, are at the forefront of everything. It is a magical combination.
