Duncan Sheik's new album Humming is a testament to his continuing artistic growth, as the New York based singer/songwriter took on the role of co-producer through much of the recording process. His partner behind the boards was, once again, the renowned Rupert Hine (Stevie Nicks, Kate Bush, The Waterboys), who produced the artist's gold debut, Duncan Sheik. With Humming, Sheik shifts to a more band-oriented expression, characterized in part by a stronger rhythmic presence, combined with lush string arrangements, while maintaining his characteristic pop sensibilities. Humming includes the tracks "Bite Your Tongue" and "That Says It All."
