Lifebeat Daily Diary ASO - The Center for Young Women's Development Young women are contracting AIDS at an alarming rate. Through efforts like tour outreach Lifebeat is working to reach young people with a message of protection and safety.It is especially gratifying to us when artists are so supportive of our efforts that they take the time to lend us a hand. Because women of color are a target group for our work - Mya's visit to our booth was a great boost to our efforts. We were able to reach so many young people who may not have stopped by our table. Thanks Mya for your commitment to HIV prevention among our youth. |
