8:30am - awaken at the Gorge to find the documentary crew has made coffee! I'm definitely going to like them.

9:00am - the quest for showers begin and we trek down the steep hill that looks upon the breathtaking scenery which is the Gorge. We find showers, or shower actually which is why several others are in line before us. I decide to head to catering across the way to grab us some coffee for the interim.

10:00am - showered and fresh as daisies we eat breakfast; then contemplate the hill before heading back up to the bus to start the day's work.

1:15pm - time for lunch and a brief production meeting to assess the day's tasks.

3:45 - press conference at bottom of the hill, again excellent view! Too bad the media doesn't have any good questions to ask. As press conferences go it was pretty boring except for Sheryl Crow who was prompted into a discussion on women's changing role in the music industry.

6:00pm - my feet are killing me from my new sandals! Time to change in to tennies which I don't have time to do before shooting Sixpence None the Richer, for now it's flip-flops til I have time to get in the bay (storage under the bus) where my socks are. Shew! It's darn hot here at the Gorge, I'm boiling now.

7:20pm - Just finished shooting Luscious Jackson where Murmurs and Bijou Philips were tearing it up in front of the stage. As I was leaving I heard Jill (lead singer) ask security to let them stay - I think they obliged. It's almost time for dinner. I wonder what's cooking?

11:00pm-back on the bus to look over the footage from the day and have some chips and salsa.

12:00am - Just finished looking at the footage, I'm getting back in the swing of things. Gonna sit here, have a beer and contemplate walking back down the hill again to see what's happening there. We're staying the night at the Gorge and have later work calls tomarrow due to the fact that everything is already set up so maybe people are hanging out...
